The Lost Bay IPA has been Found!

It's been awhile but now with the expanded bar and more taps available, we're finally able to bring back some of the original styles we planned for, one of them being the Lost Bay IPA, this one having picked up a little Rue along the way.

The Specs:

• SRM (Color): 7.7
• IBU (Bitterness): 59
• ABV: 5.4%

A hoppy ale with reddish hues, it's smooth and refreshing with hints of Rue and Borage.

We added Rue as one it's a bitter herb, complimentary to an IPA, and second, for all it's wonderful aromatic attributes that are only enhanced through the fermentation process. Rue comes from the Greek word reuo, with the translation being "to set free". So named as it was a powerful remedy against disease and considered to give second sight, free the spirit from negative and harmful influences.
