I'm happy to announce that starting yesterday, Loony's Brew is implementing a brew of the week special where the featured beer is 50% off everything related to that beer, including for pints, liters, pitchers, and the various growler options including the new 6-packs!
Why are we doing this?
Because we're crazy, insane, loony as some would say. Besides that, it's a great way to highlight and put the spotlight on a specific beer. After all, who can resist at least trying out a pint or two at such a great price. We're hoping the result will be that you'll like it so much that you'll continue to favor the specific beer with future visits. Of course, you can always switch, moving from one beer special of the week to the next, and that's fine too. It's the so-called off-season and the more beer we can move the better, we can stay at full capacity and continue to brew both the standards as well as trying out some new recipes, which we have lots of new ideas for trying out this winter. We'll announce a new Brew of the Week every Monday, and since the Voyageur Pale Ale is starting at the end of this week, it'll continue through next with the last day being Sunday, October 7. The September Brews Each month you'll receive six 750 ml bottles of various Loony's Brew beer, either shipped to your door or if you live in the area, can sign up and pick up at the bar. While we do have 16 taps available, not every month will be six completely different beers, some could be two depending on the season. For September, the beers that are included are: That's right, two bottles of the Odin's Blueberry as it's a great summer/fall seasonal beer. Besides seasonals, other beers that will be featured include new releases, including rotating through the seasonal beers and an upcoming walk-in cooler/tap system upgrade where we theoretically could expand up to 42 different brew offerings.
The brew of the month club is available in either 3 month, 6 month or 1 year plans and can be ordered on the website for shipping or from the pub for pickups. Cheers, The Brewing Loony

Cheers, The Bottling Loony What better way to compliment a trip to the shack than with a 64 oz growler of your favorite local craft brewery beer? To make the decision easier, we've made the plastic versions free, meaning you only have to pay for the price of the beer or refill.
Current beers on tap include the Amaizing Cream Ale, Gold Portage Blonde Ale, King Kong Strong Ale, Lost Bay IPA, Hoppy Folly Strong IPA, Sand Bay Wheat, Drunken Loon Strong Dark Belgian, Odin's Blueberry, Tranquilo Jalapeño, Black Swan Stout, and the Merlin Pyschotropic Gruit Ale.
