New Beer Available: Black Swan American Stout

Finally, the new stout is ready, state approved, on tap, and tastes great! A rich, complex stout with a range of caramel malts with hints of chocolate and coffee.

The Specs:
SRM (Color): 44
IBU (Bitterness): 41
ABV: 5.4%

What makes it so special:
Besides the Irish Stout malt as a base, other ingredients include Cara Blonde, Patagonia Caramel 45, Chateau Special B, Chateau Chocolate, a Black malt, as well as flaked oats and barley. The hops include a Magnum for bitterness and Saphir for Aroma, added in four intervals.
