It's blonde and strong, the Valhalla Blonde Ale.
The Specs:
The Malt Similar to a Leffe Blonde, this beer has a grain bill dominated by a light Pilsen malt, 10% pale ale malt, and a 5% combination of two caramel malts. The result being a very light, golden colored ale. The Hops & Boil Coming from two central European varieties, including Kazbek from the Czech Republic and Saphir from Germany, both known for their aroma characteristics with a reduced bittering influence. As typical with many Belgian styled beers, a small amount of coriander was added to give the beer a little extra spice and citrus flavors. The Valhalla Blonde Ale is now available on tap from both inside the pub and from the outdoor deck bar, in pints, pitchers, and growlers.
