Hats can be many things to different people, such as from Monty Python: Here at Loony's Brew, we've scattered the place with over a dozen different hats and when you combine that with a drink or two, an open stage, house instruments and a live microphone, look out, guaranteed something is going to happen. As soon as someone puts on a hat, they change, become liberated you could say and ready to roll for whatever comes next. It gets crazy at times as once one person starts, it's a sheer cliff for the rest, full speed ahead and before you know it, every single hat is on a head. Given the circumstances, we've been fortunate to not lose too many hats over the last year. That said, the red and white Cat in the Hat hat is missing again, I think from the weekend, sort of like a stray cat, it turns up sooner or later but in the meantime, other customers have noticed its absence and would appreciate its kind return. But yeah, hats, they seem to have an almost magical power that comes with them, infusing the person wearing them with a seemingly unknown guiding spirit ready to chart the same old course or role that the particular hat likes best. Or a balance of the individual and the hat, with the result being completely different every time, either way, never boring.
