Belgian Ales
When one thinks of Belgian Ales, one envisions what's considered the highest quality of ales, known for their flavorful richness from the blending and aging of different flavors, herbs and spices into a perfect balance. They're complex, taste great, and well worth it when done right. Our initial styles were to have something light, a strong blonde and a strong dark. The Sand Bay Wheat tastes extra light from the combination of a heavy wheat mixture and the citrus enhancements. The Valhalla Strong Blonde is a classic Blonde but with a little more coriander to help make it extra smooth. The Drunken Loon Dark is of your Dark Trappist style, adding a peppery licorice flavor to the brew.

Sand Bay Wheat

With hints of lemon, orange, chamomile and coriander, you get a light, citrus flavored beverage perfect for summer or year round. 

Valhalla Strong Blonde

• ​SRM: 3.0
• IBU: 23
• ABV: 7.0%

Bold and strong, a light colored ale with heavy doses of coriander. 

Drunken Loon Strong Dark Ale

• ​SRM: 20
• IBU: 27
• ABV: 8.5%

Dark, strong and mysterious, this beer includes a large blend of different malts for a complex dark amber hue. Adding in a mixture of coriander, star anise, grains of paradise and rose hips give the beer a well balanced flavor with hints of black licorice.
