The styles we've picked for our American ales are what could be considered the more popular of the American influenced beers. The Amaizing Cream Ale is a natural with being corn based, the Gold Portage Blonde Ale for being similar to a lager with being light on the malts and hops but still an ale, the Flying Squirrel Amber for being a natural cross between a Pale Ale and Brown Ale, and the King Kong Strong for its sheer magnitude, going way beyond what's expected.

Amaizing Cream Ale

• IBU: 16
• ABV: 5.0%

The very smooth cream ale is a perfect blend of 6 row barley, flaked corn and light on the hops. More popular during summer, the Amaizing cream ale is a refreshing beverage all year round.

Gold Portage Blonde Ale

• SRM: 4.0
• IBU: 17
• ABV: 4.5% 

At one time, besides a mecca for logging, the area was also a rich gold mining area and has historical gold mining sites scattered across the lake and surrounding area's. This light golden ale with infusions of honey malt, this beer is light on the hops and popular with those whom typically prefer light lagers. 

Flying Squirrel Amber Ale

• SRM: 13.4
• IBU: 27
• ABV: 4.9%

Combining Irish stout malt with caramel and chocolate malts, and a moderate amount of hops make the Flying Squirrel a tasty, refreshing beer all year long. Named after the actual, real, live flying squirrels in the area, which you can see from the deck all year at dusk, gliding from one tree to another in their acrobatic show.

King Kong Strong Ale

• IBU: 40
• ​ABV: 11.7%

An extra strong ale with a combination of sweetness to give the perfect blend of a strong ale without the strong alcohol taste. As it goes down as smooth as silk, one needs to be careful to ration the tastings of this amazing ale.
