The Radberry just got more rad with Wheat

Our raspberry brew was changed up a bit with the last batch, going from a reddish caramel malt ale to a lighter version loaded with wheat and hints of Chamomile.

The Specs:

• SRM: 2.6
• IBU: 12
• ABV: 5.9%

This brew uses a blend of malted wheat, unmalted wheat, wheat flakes and pilsner malt combined with Pacifica hops from New Zealand, Chamomile, and Raspberry to get what you see on the right. The large amount of wheat makes the beer a bit cloudy but the taste and flavor is right on making one curious about its origins.
